I am a Mom! I have 3 beautiful adult-children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are to spend as much time with them as possible. I love our family Sunday dinners. And I love the fact that the "family" may not be blood but family none the less. I love the career in which I chose. Being a service director for Lexus is, without a doubt, the best career change I have made. Treasure Coast Lexus allows me to treat my guests as if YOU were a guest in my own home. Service Advisor Jude Forte was very attentive replacing a dead battery in my 2024 Lexus RX350H+ with 12500 mi. Thank you Treasure Coast Lexus for replacing the battery for no charge under warranty. There dead battery in my 2024 Lexus RX350H+ with 12500 mi. Thank you Treasure Coast Lexus for replacing the battery for no charge under warranty. There is a known issue with the 2024 Lexus RX350H+ batteries being underpowered and prematurely dying from parasite power draw. Lexus should have recalled the battery given the hassle involved with opening electronic doors with a dead battery (see videos online). More

The first trip to the service department was excellent. However, after just a few days with the vehicle, I did not like it. Not the salesperson's fault. I "assumed" for $50,000 the vehicle would have mo However, after just a few days with the vehicle, I did not like it. Not the salesperson's fault. I "assumed" for $50,000 the vehicle would have more than just the rear camera, and the doors would lock automatically, but that isn't the case. Tried to return it and get my vehicle back. The dealership would not do that - they treated it like a brand-new transaction, which would have cost me lots of money. Unfortunately, I have a vehicle I do not enjoy. Sometimes we just have to move on. More

I love going to Treasure Coast Lexus to have our RX-350 serviced or cleaned. For repairs, you can't beat Jude forte: clear, courteous, knowledgeable; she represents the quality of the Lexus brand. Howard received us right from the entrance with a big and warm smile. He immediately made us feel welcome and home. He welcomed my wife and 3 kids as well and showed us the cafeteria and the kids play room w warm smile. He immediately made us feel welcome and home.
