I have always had a positive experience from the first I walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff is always friendly. The Facility is clean and bright. I usually schedule my service visits during the week. Instead of sitting at the guest area, I'll sit at table they use for sales. No one has ever asked me to move and sit in the designated area. I really appreciate that. It allows me p work in an area with less distractions. I tell everyone abut my service reps and how I feel free to ask questions about service recommendations on my SUV. I currently work with Juju, but if he's unavailable when I come a free rep will step in and get me checked in. I appreciate their team work! More

Credit Card service charge, Really! In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to pass along to the valued customers the cost of using a credit card. This is the cost of doing business. It isn't like you haven't already bumped up your service rates to keep up with inflation. Also, My MX-5 with only 14000 miles on it now has experienced a failure of the sensor in the washer fluid container. The cost? Over $200.00 to replace a $20,00 part that has a history of failure. You presented no offer to replace it free or even a discount. Not good service.. Hence 4 stars. More

Vehicle was brought in for a very specific service issue. Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. I received a update within 2 hours which completely ignored the Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. I received a update within 2 hours which completely ignored the very specific service instructions. Now the vehicle will have to be returned for the same service concern wasting customer time.. More
