The ppl are mostly alway nice. IMy last visit 4/30 had excessive scratches on my car (messed up my paint) after them so called washing it and the only answer I was given is oh we can't tell on camera if t excessive scratches on my car (messed up my paint) after them so called washing it and the only answer I was given is oh we can't tell on camera if they were there already or not. Like I look at my car every day and would have noticed all those ugly scratches!! Also I had the same complaint about my car and nothings been done about it yet! Noone has explained what's covered in my plan and I feel like nothing gets fixed on the car until it's no longer covered under my plan and I have to come out of pocket for the coverage myself. Also when you do get something worked on it cost a lot of money!! I thought that was the perk of coming to your dealership was so you're not overcharged!! You get your receipt ant the parts cost a little bit of nothing, meanwhile the labor cost 99% of the cost. More
