Julian Chin was one xxxx of a salesman! His indifference was out the line and well informed! His urgency and understanding my situation got me make the same day decisions just like that. Mr.Chin was so patient with me! He helped me buy my first vehicle and was soo kind and helpful! He demonstrated great proffesionalism treated us first class customers. He made purchasing our 2025 GLA250 a wonderful experience. Julian took the time to explain the various options of the car. My wife felt extremely comfortable during her test drive of the car while Julian was explaining the features. The entire dealership made the purchasing of the car a really wonderful experience so much that I (the husband) will look into buying a vehicle from Julian for myself.
