Julian met us at the front of the building with a friendly smile and an introduction. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to many selections of that model. He didn't waste our time trying to show us other cars. He was direct, helpful and informative. I test drove one model and decided it was not really what I wanted. That was when he suggested the Sante Fe Sport 2.0T. I drove it and loved it but there were things on it we didn't want nor need. He promptly did a data search and to find what I was looking for but by that time I had fallen in love with the model I test drove. He did no- nonsense negotiating and my husband came up with a figure we were willing to pay. Julian left for a few minutes and came back with an offer of $200 LESS ( because my husband had been in the service but didn't have the papers)---unbelievable. There was never any pressure on which car we wanted to buy. Julian was straight up, direct and helpful. He has a great sense of humor but he is also business like and knowledgeable about the product. I would suggest to anyone looking for a Hyundai to ask to work with Julian. More

He was very helpful and knew the product, a used 2013 Sonata. he demonstrated the differences between models and trim packages and answered all questions. He overcame our objections by providing information and, although persistent, was never pushy. The negotiation process was informative and never overbearing. The entire staff was patient and provided great information. we had not planned to finance our purchase but Mark Tharp provided a financing program that made sense and we ended up purchasing the vehicle that we wanted, a week earlier than we had planned. Overall an enjoyable experience provided by a very professional team, Julian, the sales manager and Mark Tharp, the Finance Manager. More

Julian was so nice to us and very patient as we made our decision - we even brought our 4-month-old son along with us so we were not the easiest customers! We had intended to visit a couple other dealerships and drive a couple other cars, but our experience with Julian was so straightforward and enjoyable that we never left the Hyundai lot until we drove off in our brand new Santa Fe. I was referred to Julian Foldes for my new Sonata. From the first moment I pulled into the parking area, it was a nice feel. The staff was courteous and promptly went to tell Julian I had arrived. They even opened the door for me as I entered the showroom! From the first introduction, Julian was professional and listened to me for my thoughts and needs for a new car. He was very knowledgeable and simply made the car buying process fun. He took the time to show me the different models, explained thoroughly the feature differences and let me make MY decision on what worked best for me. He was not pushy - respected my budget constraints - and worked very hard to insure I was completely satisfied with my selection. After Julian had completed his portion of the papers and did a thorough explanation of the books and manuals, I met with Ian Parker, their Finance Manager, whom prepared the contract stuff for my lease. Thorough, simply thorough in reviewing the documents and answering my questions, and offering some exceptional values for my car. This paperwork process was quick, clear and too was enjoyable. After that, again Julian was there with a smilie and then spent another 30 minutes with an in-depth, in the car, review of the features, knobs, buttons and how to operate the cool bluetooth system! I love my new Sonata! Unconditionally, I would recommend Julian Foldes, Ian Parker and EARNHARDT HYUNDAI to my friends! More
