I went to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale and was immediately greeted by Julian, who sold my mother a car two years ago (another happy customer of Hyundai). Julian remembered my mother, which was impression, since this was two years ago. Julian went above and beyond showing me all of my options with a smile on his face through the entire process. Once I made my decision to buy a Hyundai Tucson, Julian went through all of the features of my new car and even assisted us in transferring the tags online to my new car. Julian continued to go above and beyond by walking me to my new car, setting up my blue tooth, setting my radio stations, and re-washing my front windshield himself after seeing a small smudge that I did not even notice. I appreciate Julian's dedication to ensuring my first car buying experience was exceptional, as I have often heard horror stories about the car buying process. I would recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale to any friends or family and I would especially recommend Julian to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thank you Julian and Earnhardt Hyundai. Incredible! Better than every dealer I went to! My mom and I went to multiple dealerships over the course of a week and a half and this was by far the BEST one. We were given great service and even offered drinks when walking through the door. We worked with Julian Foldes, who was absolutely amazing. He was able to work within our budget and help us find a car that we absolutely loved. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly honest, patient, and kind. He was not pushy in any way and was eager to show us the carfax for the vehicles we were interested in. I also personally enjoyed the mini stories he shared as well as the friendliness of the coworkers at the surrounding desks (like Tony Wahl, who was hilarious). My mom and I spent half a day at the dealership picking out our car (because we had a lot to look at on our list), but the time passed quickly because everything we experienced made it all very enjoyable. We also worked with a great man in finance, but I can't remember his name (I want to say it was Dean). Thank you Earnhardt Hyundai!!! More

Bad return experience with Julian but Gary made up for it. When we returned to Hyundai to purchase our second vehicle, because our first experience was so good we looked for Gary Baker. He asked if we needed help and we said yea. We asked to look at the trunk space of vehicles and after that that's where his help stopped. He didn't think we would be a good sales commission and close his arms totally off to helping us saying "I wouldn't make any money with you" I have never been so disrespected at a dealership like that. He absolutely refused to do anything and we didn't want to test drive just look inside the cars to see the features. Needless to say, he got someone else to help us and he gave us the keys to look inside the vehicles and we test drove the one we liked and purchased the car. (He missed his sales' commission). We had to come back to sign some papers so told Gary about how rude he was and he took good care of us. We are glad we didn't meet him first because this review would be all ONE's if we did. More
