I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle, to come to Elk Grove Mazda and just ask for Jaik. Prior to coming to Elk Grove Mazda, I checked out Elk Grove Honda and Toyota. At both dealerships, I found the customer service to be horrible. I was so relieved to have such wonderful consideration and respect when I entered Elk Grove Mazda. Great service. Earned customer. My car had been totaled unexpectedly, of course, so dealing with insurance and purchasing a new car was a nightmare. The staff at Elk Grove Mazda were extremely considerate of my situation and were not aggressive like other salesman I had worked with. Jaik, particularly was so patient with me after changing my mind numerous times of which car I would purchase. He even worked with his manager to ensure that they'd match or beat any deal I found. Mazda of Elk Grove, provided excellent service and beat all of the prices I was seeing at other dealerships. The service alone won me over and will probably get me back there for my next vehicle. More

Even though I was the last deal of the evening on a Friday night, they didn’t make me feel rushed but important and valued. Everything moved along at a steady pace and everyone was so friendly, just like being around family!! My sales person Ratish took my vehicle back to the Detail department, brought it back perfect and beautiful!! He and even topped her off with a bow when he brought it back while I wasn’t looking! Julian, Grant and Fritz did magic with my numbers and even played me a theme song and cheered for me when I came out of finance!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience on my 3rd Mazda!!! More
