I have to say the customer service at this dealership is exceptional. Not to mention I felt very safe and comfortable in the environment with everything going on in the world. My second vehicle purchased here and I would do it a third time. Coming from a Mazda3 to Mazda CX-5.. it was time for a bigger vehicle! Gerlie (sales) was very patient and attentive to detail with explaining features in the car and MyMazda (app) I didn’t know was an option. Even after second guessing myself on interior color and changing my mind in the car at the very end.. I didn’t feel any pressure and it was a seamless transition. Hesam (finance ) was very proficient with explaining everything about the contract. Julian (sales manager) also went over all of the benefits of purchasing from Mazda of Elk Grove. Life time car washes?? That’s a big plus. Also Fang (parts) helped me with a retractable cargo cover and all weather floor mats which I highly suggest to anyone purchasing any vehicle. Disappointed in the customer service that was given to us. The stickers on the car had both the incorrect year and price. Cyole, Nick, Julian and Taylor all combined made or experience terrific. We spent a week and a couple days coming to our decision, test driving many versions of the same model car. The patience they showed was terrific, and the accompanying fast cheerful response to our questions was very helpful. It's nice to see customer service taken so seriously, as Mazda of Elk Grove should provide a text book for other dealers to follow. From passing random staff involved in other immediate duties, to the main people involved with our deal, the service was wonderful, thoughtful and truly welcoming, and all asked if we wanted water. By the way, the bathrooms were immaculate. The thing we noticed the most about everything just mentioned was, it all felt very genuine, like from their core kind of real. Simply said, it was the right people doing a job they loved. We all know the world is a tough place right now, the staff at Mazda EG helped us to forget that. Also, really cool bonus, the car was delivered washed and detailed with a BIG RED RIBBON. Nick was a polishing detail pro as he was helping us get to know the car, honestly looking for any smudge or little bit of lint, moving swiftly all while giving great instruction on the cars key functions. I'm a major multi tasker, Nick would be hard to keep up with. This speaks to heart, like playing good defense on the basketball court, you need to have hustle!
