I go to the Fred Anderson in Sanford because it is closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. They could not inform me what was going on with a noise I was hearing in the front end closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. They could not inform me what was going on with a noise I was hearing in the front end possibly due to a unit. I was informed because my vehicle was not a Toyota they could not find out what was wrong with it to bring it to a Nissan dealership. I personally felt if Fred Anderson is going to sell all makes and models shouldn't all their dealerships be able to work on the numerous makes and models they sell? My thoughts. I will find another mechanic to look at my vehicle. More

I was very disappointed with the service advisor. I wrote on the coupon and reiterating twice to the service adviser to inform the mechanic not to change my wiper blades because I had just replaced the wrote on the coupon and reiterating twice to the service adviser to inform the mechanic not to change my wiper blades because I had just replaced the wiper blades. ( New wiper blades came with the coupon along with a oil change and tire rotation). I told him to put the new wiper blades in the car on the passenger side. I was informed that the mechanic did replace the blades and threw the ones he took off the car away. The service adviser then told me he would give me an additional set to replace the ones that was thrown away and they would be inside the car on the passenger side. Well he did give me a new set of wiper blades but they were for a Hybrid vehicle which I DO NOT have. I have a 2010 Toyota Camry LE 6 cylinder. The blades was not the same size 1 was 20 inches and 1 was 24 inches they do not fit my car. They did not cut the Maintenance light off or do a multi point inspection to inform me what if needed any additional maintenance. I feel this adviser is very dishonest and do not care about pleasing the customer. This is the worst experience I have had with the Service Department. More

Service good, but price unreasonable After having 12 volt battery replaced keyless entry would not function. The tech stated the 2 keys would have to be reprogramed. This was later reduced to $200, but I still found this to be unreasonable. Summary states the keyless switch was off and had to be turned on. If that was all that was actually done, then the charge was more than excessive. It was performed in a timely manner (appt. was at 9, and finished by 9:45). More
