When I decided to put my twelve year old Jeep up for adoption, I knew I wanted a reliable, 4WD vehicle to replace it. A friend had recently purchased a Toyota TRD Off Road, and he has been very happy w adoption, I knew I wanted a reliable, 4WD vehicle to replace it. A friend had recently purchased a Toyota TRD Off Road, and he has been very happy with it. He is also a repeat Toyota customer. Having never purchased a Toyota before myself, I began my research, and after several weeks, decided that primarily on the basis of reliability, capability and styling, I would see if I could find a Toyota TRD Pro that I liked. Being that this was done at the end of the 2020 model year, the pickings were slim, no matter where I checked. I test drove a 2020 model and liked it, but it just wasn't the one for me My search ultimately led me to contact Julie Ramirez at Sierra Toyota to see about special ordering a 2021 TRD Pro. I had spec’d out the vehicle online and knew what I wanted and what I didn’t. Julie was very easy to deal with, professional, personable and low pressure. She was able to place the order with the factory the same day. Julie kept me informed several times during the wait and was always available to answer questions, of which I had many. I knew the drive-off price before the vehicle arrived so I could work out the numbers myself. The day finally came when Julie called to say it had arrived. The Pro was configured exactly as I desired and it was exactly what I was looking for. I believe it was definitely sold at a fair price, and the valuation of my trade-in was what I was looking for as well. We took it for a test drive and it handled great, so I made the decision to buy it. Julie handled all the paperwork for both the sale and my trade-in and again was helpful in answering my many questions. She showed me the service department and even made my first routine service appointment for me for June. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life, and this was the smoothest, least stressful of them all. Before I drove off, Julie with an assist from Marvin Morris, went through the vehicle controls and set up my smartphone to work with Apple CarPlay. Of course, I had further questions about these things, too, and Julie and Marvin were able to answer all of them to my satisfaction. I had a great truck buying experience at Sierra Toyota, and I highly recommend the dealership, Marvin Morris and especially my salesperson, Julie Ramirez! More

Julie made this internet purchase easy and simple. I live in Phoenix 175 miles from Sierra Toyota. I was able to put my trade in through KBB online and the amount KBB said was accepted. They also ran the sam in Phoenix 175 miles from Sierra Toyota. I was able to put my trade in through KBB online and the amount KBB said was accepted. They also ran the same KBB report on the not very used 2019 Tacoma. Sierra’s starting price was below the KBB price and then they gave me more off. But it was Julie who made it all happen. Most of our communications were by text. Julie answered all my questions prior to arrival and once I arrived she was there waiting for me with everything ready. There were NO surprises I did not time it but I don’t think I was at the dealership much more than an hour. The Tacoma was super clean with a full tank of gas. More
