Quick service but not everything I wanted done got done. I asked for the engine filter to be changed but it wasn't. I asked for my alignment to be checked. A noise in the back end of the vehicle was not diagnosed. The noise was heard when leaving the lot. More

Julie Ramirez and Brian Moldenauer both went beyond the call of duty aiding in my getting a sweet new, used car. I was approved for financing within an hour and within a few more hours, I drove away in a well maintained, reasonable mileage 2013 sporty Kia Optima. It doesn't always work out that a person who urgently needs a car actually has a plan to get one - however when this type of crisis arrives, it is employees dedicated to service, like Julie and Brian working for companies like Sierra Toyota, that makes the planning and goal meeting POSSIBLE!!
