Manessa was outstanding to work with. From the start, she walked us through getting the vehicle ordered with all the items we wanted. She kept us informed through the whole process...wh From the start, she walked us through getting the vehicle ordered with all the items we wanted. She kept us informed through the whole process...when the vehicle build started, changes to the build, and when it was shipped and delivered. During the final process of picking up the vehicle, she went over and above to resolve some issues we had with our outside financing and get us into our new vehicle (which is awesome!). We recommend Manessa to anyone looking for a new car. Julie from financing was outstanding as well, working with our bank to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed. All around, Sierra Toyota is a great place! I would highly recommend them. More

We have searched for a very specific Highlander Hybrid SUV vehicle for the last 6+ months. Purchased the vehicle on Friday, May 2nd and Ruth was just fantastic to work with through the closing - as were Julie in Finance and the others. Ruth took a huge amount of time reviewing and explaining the vehicle, technology and other relevant items. Just a fantastic purchasing experience. We walked into Sierra Toyota with the expectation of just looking around. When we saw the Land Cruiser we had to take it on a test drive. When we decided to buy the Land Cruiser we figured it was going to be looking around. When we saw the Land Cruiser we had to take it on a test drive. When we decided to buy the Land Cruiser we figured it was going to be a very long process knowing we were going to be pressured to buy the usual add on. Jeff Bennett, our salesman, made the transaction of buying the Land Cruiser the best I have ever experienced in buying a new vehicle. We were in and out without feeling any pressure to buy any additional options that come with most dealerships. It was truly a quick process. We would definitely recommend Jeff and Sierra Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. . More
