I traded my 2022 Tacoma for a 2025 Tundra TRD Crew-Max. Mayra (sales) and Julie (finance) worked to get me the best deal possible. They even applied my military and disability discounts on top of the rest of my discounts. I wanted running boards because the truck has a factory lift, Mayra, Jared, and Julie made it happen. Tags,tax, and title was taken care of on the spot. The only thing I had to do myself was cancel the registration for the vehicle that I traded in at the Motor Vehicle Department. This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Sierra Toyota since 2009, and the service just keeps getting better. Edit: If you are military or prior military and can prove it, Sierra Toyota gives a discount for that. If you are 100% disabled (VA), they will make sure you get the tax break on tags that Arizona offers. More

This was perhaps the best car-buying experience that I have had. Not that I do it that often, but historically, buying a car was right up there with getting a root canal. None of the back-and-forth "I gotta check with the manager" nonsense, our sales associate, Jeff Bennett, was relaxed, engaging, and just dealt with our needs. Not once did he try to push anything, and at the same time told us about everything that was available in the purchase. We had a bit of a snag with financing, but Jeff worked tirelessly with us and the finance manager, Julie Ramirez, until we got 'er done. These two jumped through hoops until it all landed right, and at $200+/mo LESS than when we started. These two were exceptionally flexible and empowered to just handle whatever came up. My sweetie and I walked away feeling truly taken care of. Seriously? At a car dealership? Yes, and if you want to feel that way, I recommend that you stop in here for your next purchase. We ended up with exactly the vehicle and all the stuff that we wanted. More
