Follow up with customer This is my first car so of course this is all new to me. Kai was so helpful, patient, and professional. I didn’t experience your typical car salesman This is my first car so of course this is all new to me. Kai was so helpful, patient, and professional. I didn’t experience your typical car salesman feeling until having to meet with the finance manager Julio. I am the customer Experience manager at my job and I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. Simply put, he was rude. I get being pushy if you’re trying to sell something but he made me want to leave immediately. Talk about buyers remorse! I don’t want to complain in this review but he was not friendly. At all. Lastly, it’s important to follow up with the customer. We’ve all experienced shopping somewhere and being unsure about your purchase only to realize that after purchasing, you cannot get in touch with anyone afterwards. Although I waited all day, Kai/Kaila was really helpful. The entire process should be this way. More
