I had to go back the next day for a part hanging down in the passenger seat that my wife found when she got in the car the night of service. Now a day after service a check engine light has come on. I get the run around from your service department individuals. I have been inconvenienced already and now I have to go back to the dealership again. They offered to come pick up the car but not leave a car for me. How am I supposed to do the things I need to do?? That is not acceptable. This has been a horrific experience. And to make things worse, the manager Julio is never around and in my experience never helpful. Since Nicole left the service department has been fair at best. More
