To whom this may concern a good day. I had such good customer care. I told my wife it was time to purchase another vehicle and we both agreed on and Infinity. She had several models in her mind that would probably benefit her the most we met Tiffany our sales person on Saturday. She was very nice and collagen she didn’t rush she took her time. We drove several vehicles that day and we were there nearly the entire day. We did close a deal on a vehicle and it was the best decision we’ve made. Thanks to Tiffany Luke. JULIUS and Mark. They did everything possible for me and my wife to leave with that vehicle. Furthermore, we were so impressed by the customer service and the family open Infinity my wife the next day purchased me a vehicle. How ironic is that to buy two vehicles within the same week from the same dealership that shows a lot of customer service. If you could please give those guys a pat on the back and a thank you in some form of certificate or whatever it takes for Ira Michelle and let them know that they were the best team members of that dealership I’m pretty sure that the other agents are good also but that’s who we dealt with doing both of those transactions.
