There was no pressure, everything I asked was answered and by the end of the experience Gerald felt like a friend. He really went above and beyond in all areas! Gerald even added a big bow to the top of my vehicle before we drove off the lot because he remembered a comment I had made to my husband regarding how I had always wanted that big red bow experience. Gerald Cooper was beyond fantastic to work with and I highly and happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car! More
