Excellent service! A tire on my new Elantra (fewer than 1,000 miles driven) was damaged and required replacement.it was not under warranty. Who ever thought that a trip to the dealership for service would be a bright spot in my day? I was greeted warmly by Ruby who was friendly and efficient. She listened to my concerns and assured me service would be a bright spot in my day? I was greeted warmly by Ruby who was friendly and efficient. She listened to my concerns and assured me everything would be taken care of. When it came time to pay my bill for my 27,000-mile services, Ruby also applied my new Hyundai coupon for $20 off the service of fixing my tire with a nail in it. I was very pleased with the service technician's "under the hood" video once he assessed what needed to be done. The "undercarriage" video showed me all mechanical parts and included the nail in my tire. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner while I sipped my freshly brewed Chai and relaxed in the comfortable service area lounge. This is my 6th Santa Fe, and I love this 2023 Hybrid model. It is like coming home when I go to my Hyundai of Fort Myers dealership! Thank you :-) More

My attendant: Patrick Owens at customer service as well as service department were very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. Information and updates were provided in a timely manner. We clients do know as service department were very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. Information and updates were provided in a timely manner. We clients do know when a thorough inspection has been done besides just changing the oil, filters, tire rotation and alignment. In my case the horn was not working well which I was not aware since I hardly use it and it was pointed out and the part will be replaced and am thankful that it is in warranty. He also provided guidance regarding payment and I am truly grateful for the service and help. It was high quality. Thank you for your hard work. More
