I think the service at this dealership has turned around from not good to very good. My service advisor (Ernesto Lopez was excellent. He kept me informed and ordered Ubers at no charge. I love this kind of service. When I arrived to pick up me car there was a line as they were very busy. A gentleman walking by asked me if I needed help. I told him I'm here to pick up my car. He went behind the counter to get the paperwork and keys. He followed me to my car to remove the plastic seat cover and the paper floor mat. As it turns out it was the Service Director. WOW The service has improved greatly and I am pleased to say that me service was excellent. Thank You More
