Once a vehicle was being considered and during the sale process (even after the sale), he went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and the total process to completion. I would definitely refer business his way knowing that one could purchase a vehicle from him with confidence that he would place them as priority and not just trying to sell a car. Crown Honda, After Visiting Other Dealerships This writer is retired and usually don’t respond to any survey. This one is different. My goal is to help others. In all probability, this review will assist in that endeavor. Thus, a few lines and commentary are elicited. If you are in consideration of purchasing an auto, this might allow you advantages of both time and effort. As noted and it should be emphasized, this is my means of attempting to contribute to others. Nothing more. Further, I have never met the Honda Crown individuals discussed. Before my Jan.-Feb. search for an auto, there was no ambulation into any auto dealership. Before this search, the last time such a facility was entered was in 2001. That was when a new Chevy truck was bought. My recent adventure consisted of: (1) Visiting four dealerships; (2) Reading auto literature; (3) Consuming hundreds of reviews on various internet sites; and (4) Interacting with about a dozen sales personnel. When first becoming acquainted with Crown Honda (US Hwy 19, Pinellas Park, FL.), the display of autos was similar to that seen all along US Hwy 19 in Clearwater, Largo and both up North and down South. The line up of Hondas was nothing exceptional. After securing a coffee, a Mr. Michael Sayles was met. There was nothing unusual about Mike. He was dressed in normal attire, his tone was as one would anticipate from a well rounded person. Later, we ambulated along rows of new and used automobiles. Unlike other salesmen recently seen, Monsieur Sayles did not delicately attempt to pressure. He made one’s rendezvous at Crown Honda a pleasant experience. When Michael initiated interaction it was obvious he had excellent communication ability. He was a true professional. Here I’ll touch upon his instruction(s) and later bring up other factors. When there was an interest in two vehicles Mr. Sayles proved how knowledgeable he was. Michael was no phony (like others recently known). Having been involved with computers since the mid 1980s it was fascinating to hear him refer to the electro advances within the world of automobiles. It was here that one realized Michael had superior listening skills. He knew what to say at the appropriate time. Interesting enough, I interacted with customers at Honda Crown. Seeking to secure sincere feelings, not one person had a negative remark about Honda’s personnel or service. These folks had no propensity for inducing any ideas, but merely expressed themselves. Nevertheless, if it had not been for Mr. Sayles, in all probability, we’d have continued searching. After all, I’m retired. What sold me was Michael’s convincing communique. For example, he indicated Honda’s reputation. I had read it was the best selling car in Canada. He affirmed many qualities of Honda. Moreover, after having engaged with fraudulent, sneaky dishonest, shyster salesmen from other facilities, communicating with Michael Sayles was like going from primitivism to knowledge; emanating from darkness to enlightenment. I’m not trying to exalt Mr. Sayles in any way. Lastly, there was communique about reviews on YouTube. This dealt with correlating the aggregated comparisons between the Honda Civic and over half a dozen other autos. Such denoted that the Civic was the best within her class. Low and behold, such research was fortified and substantiated by additional fruitful info from Monsieur Sayles.
