Finance Staff developed a very poor loan Justin, the finance staff we worked with developed an auto loan that makes no sense and now we're stuck with having to refinance it. Rather than have Justin, the finance staff we worked with developed an auto loan that makes no sense and now we're stuck with having to refinance it. Rather than have my husband and I finance a car the staff person had my father in law cosign instead of communicating with dignity and respect. Had Justin listened to what we were saying he would have known that my husband was starting a new job and there was no reason for a cosigner outside of our household. But Justin decided to be stubborn and disrespectful throughout the whole process. Thanks to this poor finance experience we now have to refinance the vehicle because our registration and loan is tied to a cosigner who now lives in a different region. This staff person should be disciplined and future customers should be very apprehensive of working with such a hostile finance staff member. Better yet, bring financing before you arrive and save yourself the hassle of this experience. More

They went out of their way to help us during this time and found us an amazing deal. It was so easy. Tom understands our family as we have used him 2 previous times. We have 3 small children and 1 on the way so making deals and signing papers is almost impossible. He found us the perfect van and is always so knowledgeable and patient. I have spoken to Frank on numerous occasions and he knew what I was looking for and drove a HR-V to my Condo in Saint Petersburg of which I drove, but I still liked the CR-V that I leased previously and I picked out a new 2020 model of which he took all the information and had the vehicle ready, spiffy and clean and ready to go after signing the documents. I was impressed with handling and work on behalf of the Management, Financial and Sales of the Honda Dealership.
