Andrew is a first class salesperson being upfront, honest and uses transparency with costs by showing us all options of price and availability on his computer screen. He works hard to please his buyers, giving 110% of his effort even during the holidays. We had tried to purchase a vehicle only to find there was a recall and the sale couldn't be completed. Andrew took the extra effort to contact Mercedes Corporate in Georgia to find another vehicle. Within a few days he contacted us with information regarding a replacement. The vehicle had to be shipped from the East Coast. We were surprised to receive a phone call earlier than expected informing us the replacement had arrived and would be ready for pickup later that day. Raul took the time to review all the new features of the hybrid we purchased. In addition, he set up the Mercedes me app for us, making for an easy transition. In addition, Andrew and his team (A-team) including Raul, have been in communication after our purchase to ensure we are happy and satisfied. I have never received this type of service at other dealerships. We will be buying all future vehicles through Andrew. Thank you to the Andrew team!! More

Refreshingly different I have been buying Mercedes vehicles for a long time. There is something refreshingly different about Walter's.    It's no secret that dealerships are incentive driven. It's natural to expect employee behavior to follow incentives; it's human nature. The problem is, that in the era of big data, dealerships operate with extremely granular performance metrics. Since there are now so many metric-driven incentives, there is a rapid and palpable difference in service delivery as a customer goes through metric check-points. Whether it is getting you to come in, getting your data, or selling you multiple products, you can sense a change in tone or attitude if a metric is missed. No matter how savvy a dealership is, the incentive-driven behavior always seeps through. I can't explain why, but I didn't get that feeling at Walter's. Maybe it's their training or culture, but Andrew, Mike, Raul and Justin were remarkably consistent in their professionalism despite many changes and requests I made about our transaction. Call them an anomaly or just plain good, Walter's is easy to recommend for a hassle-free and respectful buying experience. More

I started to text Alfonso and gave him my budget and see what my options are with Mercedes Benz. Alfonso right away prepared a few personalized videos showing me around three cars they have in stock that might match what I want. It was very helpful to me and I impressed that he would spend the time making those videos personalized just for one potential customer. We finally met with Alfonso a few days ago during the weekend and we ended up with a brand new 2020 GLB 250! And let me say that Alfonso and the rest of the people at Walters Mercedes Benz including Emil the manager and Justin of Finance moved mountains to accommodate us and gave us a really GREAT deal! If you are looking for a Mercedes Benz, I highly recommend that you visit Walters Mercedes Benz and look for Alfonso. He is not one of those pushy salesmen who tries to force you into buying something that you are not comfortable with. He is very considerate, sincere and does not try to rush you into any decision-making. He will encourage you to get the car that you really want.
