From the beginning I was treated with respect & made to feel like I was family even before I purchased my vehicle. He was also very patient. He didn't mind explaining the many options that were available to me. When I did finally decide on a vehicle he was honest about the final details (extended warranties, maintenance packages, etc.) Then when I went 2 the finance dept Justin made sure not only was the paperwork correct, but that everything that was agreed upon downstairs was correct. He even found me a better interest rate. Needless to say I've never had a car buying experience like this before. Peter even made sure before I drove off that I was comfortable with how everything worked & made sure I know how to connect my phone & stuff. I won't hesitate to refer any of my friends & family to go to Walters & become apart of there family. More
