I especially liked how he walked me through the process of syncing my phone with the vehicle. Extremely smooth transaction and excellent staff! This was probably the smoothest transaction I've ever had with an automobile dealership! Usually purchasing/leasing a vehicle becomes a stressful occu This was probably the smoothest transaction I've ever had with an automobile dealership! Usually purchasing/leasing a vehicle becomes a stressful occurrence and no longer becomes a pleasure by the time its over, but these guys made it unbelievably easy. I identified a vehicle on their website that I was interested in leasing and explained to Mike Sales and Rene Orellana what I was looking for in terms of the vehicle and the financial aspect (pulling forward an existing lease) and getting into a superbly priced lease that made sense to me after I had done quite a bit of research and shopping on my own. After a few emails, we were able to come to an agreement on all of the details before I even stepped into the dealership. When I arrived for my appointment Mike was there to greet me and introduced me to Rene. They both took me to the vehicle to check it out and went over the key features. From that point, I worked with Rene to complete the paperwork. He was extremely cordial and friendly, but focused on making sure all of the numbers made sense and that we wrapped up things quickly. Soon thereafter I was introduced to Justin Campbell in Finance who was just as efficient, and he gave me great tips and information regarding my options. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to purchase extras and no confusing number games. While I was working with Justin, Rene took my 2 young boys into the showroom and spent time with them sitting in the various cars and showing them the features. It truly made their day. Every other staff member at the dealership was friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. I can't reiterate enough how this experience made me enjoy taking delivery of my new car. Thanks again Mike, Rene, and Justin. You guys are amazing! More
