She was friendly, professional, informative and personable. We explained to her what we were interested in. She showed us a 2019 GLC 300. It was perfect. It had every thing we wanted, even the color was amazing. She knew what we wanted and needed. It's like she has a sixth sense. We went for a test drive and we were sold. When we returned we went to her office to make the deal. In less than an hour we had a deal and we were signing the necessary paperwork while service was getting our car ready. Jackie was and is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. She knows and understands. She's fun and this too is important. She handed us the keys to our new car and gave us a brief inservice. I had forgotten my cell phone so she invited me to come back the next day so she could sync my car and phone together. It was a joy to see her again and again she was most knowledgeable and helpful. When I buy my next Mercedes I only want to deal with Jackie. She goes the extra mile!!!!!!!!!!! More

However we thought we would test drive a Mercedes-Benz as well, and visited Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. Bryan Fitzpatrick took us on a test drive, and after driving a GLC and listening to Bryan's explanation of the superior technological features, we got sold on purchasing a 2019 GLC300-4matic in preference to a Tesla. Andrew Wagner very ably assisted us in choosing the options most suited to our needs, and wrote up our order for the GLC. Andrew also kept us updated constantly about the manufacture, shipment and arrival of our vehicle at the dealership, and very patiently explained to us about the features of the vehicle when we took delivery of it. Justin Campbell took care of the sales contract, and Raul Ayala helped with getting our GLC ready. We had great pleasure, excellent experience and complete satisfaction in dealing with all four of them. Everyone we dealt with at Walter's Mercedes-Benz are very knowledgeable about their jobs and their vehicles they sell. We will return to Walter's anytime we need another vehicle or service, and will recommend anyone to do business with Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. More
