We were shown all the new extras, let us both drive the car up and down hills ( we live on a mountain) so we could get the feel of this car. My 11 year old car had had really good work when needed and we liked everyone we had to go to, so when it came time to get a new car, there was no where else we would have gone. On our way back we contacted Toyota of Cleveland and they invited us in to check out the one they had on their lot. Tommy Shackleford greeted us and allowed us to test drive. Needless to say their customer service was Exceptional, and very professional. We drove home in our first in 35 years Cleveland purchased vehicle. I was met in the airport and transported to the dealership in a luxury vehicle and dropped off at the front door. They made me very comfortable while I finalized the deal. They fed me lunch before I left and they made sure I had water for my 8 hour drive back home. They even made to follow up with me to make sure I made it home safely. Outstanding customer service!! All questions were answered professionally and the rest is history - we purchased a Highlander Limited and love the car and the total expertise of the dealership. This car was difficult to find in our color and with the options desired but they came through. We traded in a 2013 Venza which we loved but you no longer make them. The dealership is much improved over the last couple of years and I would recommend them to anyone. A great experience. More
