A happy end to a bad beginning. We were forced to go through the car buying experience after my spouse's car was totaled in an accident. We dreaded the process. I was disgusted after making atrip to Atlanta Friday night to look at a used sienna that didn't match the description. This triggered the thought to look at a new sienna. I spoke with salesmen from dealerships to include ( Knoxville, Marietta, Atlanta, and Macon). Keith swafford helped to answer my questions by phone on a new sienna se. We started our journey due to this interaction and the price that was superior to all of the other dealerships for a comparative vehicle. After arriving, Paul greeted us and we looked at the new sienna as well as some used sienna. He was helpful answering questions and offering his recommendations. Justin helped finalize the deal and Zane was helpful in closing the deal. Everyone was excellent to work with through this process. More
