I had an awesome experience! Robert was very helpful. I stopped by multiple days within the week to look at the car I bought as well as other cars. Unfortunately, Honda did not have what I required in a vehicle so I visited Capital Toyota in Chattanooga. The experience there was horrendous. It took me a month, but I finally went to Toyota of Cleveland. The experience there was unbelievable. Kind and Understanding I was so far upside down in my lease (Chevy) I would have had to pay over $4000 in fees and penalties (mileage) and still had 8 months left! Made buying my dream car an awesome experience! I had wanted a new 4runner since I was 16 and when I finally decided to get one, I went to Toyota of Cleveland because of their awesome reputation! The specific 4runner that I wanted wasn't there but they assured me that they could get me one! Justin and Vimal went above and beyond in making sure they found me the exact 4runner I wanted! Everyone there was always so welcoming and made sure I was being taken care of. My car salesman Vimal was just precious! :) He always kept me updated about my car and made sure it was nothing less than perfect! That's when my husband pointed out a beautiful Cadillac Escalade that I took one look at and just knew I couldn't afford to buy that day. When I saw the amazing price on such an amazing vehicle with such low milage...I just couldn't believe it. After taking it for a test drive I fell in love. So here I am a couple of days later still in awe that I own it. They were extremely helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted and helped make it happen.
