He is the reason my wife and I went to Sterling this past week (December 2024). Justin Cohen and Norman made it incredibly easy and efficient. Another example - While we were waiting for paperwork, I posed a service-related question. Michael Patnaude was beyond helpful. Without getting into the details, Michael also went way above and beyond. Helped me out a lot. Overall - this is the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
