Once I located a used car on Autotrader at Kelly Ford I was contacted in minutes by Justin. He answered my questions about the car and made himself available to when I could see the car. He went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport in the car and getting me to a bank for a cashiers check. What service! The purchasing process was quick and painless. Sandy was very efficient and helped me register the car in my home state. Overall I was very happy with Kelly Ford! More

The experience was great, was able trade my 2018 Civic Hatchback EX-L NAVI for a 2021 Bronco Sport!. Phil Pettus one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. No typical high pressure sales pitch. Just honest, knowledgeable information about the car and dealership. Felt more like a friend than high-pressured salesperson. His after purchase education and information about the car was very much appreciated. As well, Sandra, who worked with us to finalize the paperwork was a "hoot". But also very knowledgeable and willing/able to answer any questions we had. Overall, one of the best car purchase experiences we've ever had! Highly recommend Kelly Ford!! More

Justin is very friendly & patient. He took time to help me make a good decision. He was there for each steps of the process and it's good to know I have a contact person at Kelly anytime I need assistance me make a good decision. I could have purchased at a dealership much closer to my home but I appreciated Justin's patience and polite demeaner. He is considerate and not pushy at all. He treated me as an individual and I didn't feel like I was getting the 'sales treatment' like at other dealerships. He and his coworkers were very friendly and fun to talk to, down to earth 'real' people. Justin took away a lot of the stress of purchasing a vehicle. More

I have had nothing but great experiences with Kelly Ford I would not go to any other dealerships. This is my second car with them. At Kelly the sales staff is nothing but helpful, cordial and looking to mak I would not go to any other dealerships. This is my second car with them. At Kelly the sales staff is nothing but helpful, cordial and looking to make you comfortable. I want to thank Justin Decker for all his help and being so patient with me, picking me up when I had no way to get to Kelly and not being so aggressive because that turns me off and I would not return. Also I want to thank Nick he was just so helpful in explaining everything to me and making that process not boring and quick. I have to say Kelly Ford is my dealership to look for cars when needed.
