They had my car for 5 weeks for wiring replacement and battery replacement after taking a week to diagnose my vehicle. Multiple phone calls to check status with constant "we're working on it." Received a battery replacement after taking a week to diagnose my vehicle. Multiple phone calls to check status with constant "we're working on it." Received a loaner on the 4th week. I spoke to the service manager and GM, both were not helpful. I picked up my vehicle and I have an issue with my exhaust and my horn doesn't work. Both had no issues prior to bringing it in for service. I will NOT be going there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service!! More

If I could give zero stars I would. Did not feel like a valued customer. Did not feel like I was being heard. All in all not pleased over the 3 month stretch it took going back and forth bringing it in as I was trying to run my business during the busiest time of the year. I would like to still do business with them, and may only due to the fact that Ken Ditmore towards the end helped get updates on the situation for me and keep me updated the best he could. And also brought my truck down from the dealership. More

Did not follow through with request for written estimate. Had me spend $2600 on my CMax 6 months before transmission died-knowing full well that 2013 c maxes had early transmission issues that resulted in a Had me spend $2600 on my CMax 6 months before transmission died-knowing full well that 2013 c maxes had early transmission issues that resulted in a redesign in 2016 (I found out after researching this after they told me I had transmission issues after 118,000 miles. I also waited for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen…(was told to take a seat) ..and then still was not called-I had to walk up and ask what was going on. Which is when I was told that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight (or I would have to come back in the morning). Said I should have brought it in in the morning- but THEY scheduled me for 1pm even though I had told them it might be a transmission issue. Then, I was told driver was on his way, but I had to wait 45 minutes for a 15 mile drive home! Awful! More
