Very accommodating, clear explanation of service and what is covered. Lenny always tries to make you feel like a human and does his best. In Ford service dept. , Lenny, Chance, Luis are my guys. These guys are comprehensive; they're going to tell you what's wrong with your car, whether you want to hear it , Lenny, Chance, Luis are my guys. These guys are comprehensive; they're going to tell you what's wrong with your car, whether you want to hear it or not. Give it to you straight & give you the whole story. The lead foot 5.0 types can appreciate that. Banking hard into a highway off ramp, I don't want to have to second guess my break kit, a loose control arm, etc. Nobody's ever exactly "happy" about car repairs, right? At least these guys are realistic w their estimates, and they'll get my car back into the solid condition I'm hoping for. (Thx guys. Have a good Christmas & see you in the spring when the summer tires come back out!) More
