I worked directly with a sales manager, Justin, who was incredibly attentive and helped save the situation. The finance person was incredibly pushy (I have been in fully commissioned sales for 20+ years) and was demonstrably fussy when I declined additional warranty purchases. He also made multiple mistakes with our paperwork, changed our purchase price after we left the dealership, and we ended up having to do our paperwork electronically for a second time, 3 days after I left the dealership. The facility itself is new and nice, conveniently located, and Justin rescued the experience for us. More
