A Refined Search Process Just for Me; First Time Buyer We started the journey when my passed-down 2005 ML became unreliable. Barry really learned my likes and dislikes, needs in my next vehicle, and of cou We started the journey when my passed-down 2005 ML became unreliable. Barry really learned my likes and dislikes, needs in my next vehicle, and of course my wants and I never felt that I was being grilled for answers; all of our conversations were natural and honest. Together we narrowed down the features that I was looking for and that same day MB of Hagerstown had ordered a vehicle with all of my "must-haves" and it was on its way. Barry kept me updated as the vehicle traveled to town, got certified and inspected, and was ready for a test drive. Needless to say it was the perfect fit when it arrived - I know that this is because they took the time to understand me as a driver and tailored their search for me. This was not an endless process of test driving different vehicles and switching between options, and going back to the drawing board, etc.. etc. This was a refined search process just for me that was streamlined and seamless. I never felt overwhelmed, even as a first time buyer. Barry let me set the pace; when I needed time to process he gave me space and when I was ready to pull the trigger he was proactive and responsive. Barry was my ally from the start; explaining options, deciding on which license plate graphics, sunshades and key chains - you name it - he was there for me. He was patient with my questions and always just an email away. He kept me up to date on what I would need to bring with me and what we could take care of in advance - I never felt unprepared. He set up everything in my new car for me including "home" in my navigation and my favorite Sirius station prior to my arrival. Justin, the GM, reached out during my process as well, offering support and commitment to my journey. Austin made financials a breeze, comfortable and confidential. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel special - this is not a "reach a quota" dealership. This is personal experience start to finish with an understanding that customers are making a life orienting purchase. At MB of Hagerstown you walk in as a neighbor but leave as family.
