The Best and Easiest Car Purchase I Ever Had I went in to purchase one car and ended up purchasing a completely different car. My salesperson was the most patient person I know. My salesperson Barry spent so much time working with me and describing details, not only on one car, but two. My transaction was done smoothly and I drove out with my dream car. I'd Jeff, Rob, and CJ made my car buying experience an absolute delight. I recently decided to trade in my C Class for a Certified Pre Own GLK350. I'd been in the car market for a few weeks and was not able to find the GLK with the features I preferred and was growing frustrated with the typical sales tactics I was experiencing. With that in mind, I decided to expand my search and found a vehicle of interest at MB of Hagerstown. Jeff did an excellent job introducing me to the GLK and was very attentive to my personal goals with transitioning to an SUV. This was my first time trading in a vehicle and Jeff walked me through the process of what I should expect. I was also traveling for work and was concerned that I would not be able to make it into the dealer for a few days or so. Jeff and Rob managed to provide all the details to me via text messages and phone calls. It was almost too good to be true! I got a great offer on my trade in and the financing process went very smoothly. I traveled quite a distance to pick up my GLK after working through the details and was pleasantly surprised to see it waiting for me all dressed in a big red bow. (Details really make a difference). Jeff, Rob and CJ got me through the process and back on the road in my new GLK in little over an hour and I have been enjoying it! Great team with great results. I did not mind driving the distance to get great customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer!! Many thanks to the team!! More

Excellent 5 stars I drove into the lot not knowing what to expect, not even knowing if i wanted to commit to yet another car. Having been to multiple dealerships, wast I drove into the lot not knowing what to expect, not even knowing if i wanted to commit to yet another car. Having been to multiple dealerships, wasting a whole day and not leaving with a car is discouraging. I was a bit hesitant to talk to any sales consultant. However, I was greeted by Rob a very nice associate who took his time to really understand my dilemma. I was very interested in the GLK350, it had everything I wanted in a vehicle and I was super excited. The down fall was I had 2 cars to trade in and figured I had too much negative equity to even come close to driving away with my dream car. Rob grabbed my name and number, and I headed out to lunch. I imagined I was not going to hear back from him with any good news. Surprisingly, a short 20 minutes later he called with fantastic news. He informed me I was able to get out of both of my vehicles under the payment I wanted! I honestly didn't believe him (sorry Rob)!! I headed back and sure enough he had all the numbers perfect, mind you I had an older model vehicle as one of my trades that they gave me $1,500 more than any other dealership I had it appraised at. Mike Lavrenchick (sales consultant), and Justin Harbet (general manager) took care of me and made sure I was entertained and had plenty to drink. Although I was there a bit longer than I really wanted to be, I didn't leave my house this afternoon expecting to get a car. Also they made me feel at home and I was very comfortable. One last thing! Austin Shemon (Finance and sales manager) was excellent, he really took his time explaining the benefits of each available option and told me from top to bottom which additional warranties ect. I'd wanna take advantage of. More

From the moment you walk in, till the moment you drive away in your dream car, they will cater to your every need, answer any question , follow up on promised items and complete the entire process in an efficient, professional, courteous and pleasant way. Rob, the sales adviser, is a no pressure, courteous and attentive peron. he answer every little question i had, no matter how insignificant, and then got me the answer to questions that were outside his realm. Gave me a fair price for my trade, a very good deal on my S 550 4Matic , and addressed all the concerns i had in a satisfactory matter, getting involved all the departments necessary, such as finance, service and management. And let's be honest. Why are you going to Mercedez Benz of Hagerstown? To get a good deal. and they will make it happen! They did it for me, and that means i will go back here for my next car, and suggest my friends and family do the same if they want to be happy with their next car purchase. CJ in finance gave me several options thru different banks and sent me 10 emails in 10 minutes! If that is not follow up, attention to detail and willingness to assist, then i don't know what it is. Definitely recommend her working the numbers for you , as they might be able to beat or your bank or Credit Union. And finally Justin, GM took the time to listen to my concerns raised by an independent inspection, addressed all the issues and made a more than fair concession to get the deal done. I will be back for service, tires and breaks as well as my next Mercedes, when the time comes. Stop searching around and once you find the vehicle you like on their website or lot, go in knowing you will get a good deal, get treated nice and walk away smiling in your new car. More

On this particular Saturday morning I was "looking" at different vehicles that could transport a wheelchair. Absolutely was just surveying the many vehicles when this very professionally attired lady, Chandra Dickson, asked if she could help, no, I'm just looking this morning. All by the way, I have allegiance to the "big guy" close to the isle in the showroom, couldn't remember Mike's name. Well, within moments out walked Mike Lavrenchik, I explained what had just happened, and, asked what type of vehicle would be best to transport a wheelchair, Within moments several trunk lids were up, and there was my favorite color, an E-Class 350 4M, Sports Model, Polar White with everything I wanted on a car!! Mike was really great to work with in all phases of the purchase!! Just so happened that Justin Harbert was working and could determine a trade in value for my 2 cars, one of which I bought at the Dealership in 2006 an ML350, where I found the "greatest service department" on the planet!! Please note: The Service Department and the quality of the automobile is why I came looking on this Saturday morning. Justin made the numbers work and CJ Brown was amazing at getting the paperwork done in such a expeditious manner. “Not just one person was responsible for this purchase, it took an entire Dealership!” More
