Hello! I have grown up and lived in South County my whole life, and being that I am part owner here at Sunset Ford, this community and business has become my life. I am here to help however I can. So whether it be a Service, Parts, Body Shop or Sales related questions or concerns, I can help. I am also passionate in the Accessory and Aftermarket business. As far as when I have spare time outside of work, you will find me working on my personal old trucks, or spending time with my family, wife and 2 girls, either down at Suson Park, Grants Farm, or at the Lake. My goals here at work are to carry on our family traditions in running a local business for over 111 years in the same location. Purchased my 3rd SUV from Cory This is the 3rd SUV purchased from Cory (and our 9th Ford SUV from Sunset Ford). I would not bother purchasing a different brand, or purchase a Ford This is the 3rd SUV purchased from Cory (and our 9th Ford SUV from Sunset Ford). I would not bother purchasing a different brand, or purchase a Ford from another dealer, because of SERVICE before, during, and after the sale. My wife and I totally trust this well run dealership. 2019 Flex I love my Flex. This is the third one I have had and when I found out this was the last year they would be made I had to get the last year model. Mike I love my Flex. This is the third one I have had and when I found out this was the last year they would be made I had to get the last year model. Mike and everyone at Sunset Ford were very helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy and they even removed and installed my roof mounted bars and carrier on my new car. Thanks to all at Sunset and I plan to enjoy my Flex for many years to come. More

Poor customer service/Horrid management I called to let them know I have an issue with my 2018 Ford Escape. The touch screen has failed to power on 3 times in the past week. I’ve had this ve I called to let them know I have an issue with my 2018 Ford Escape. The touch screen has failed to power on 3 times in the past week. I’ve had this vehicle LESS than a YEAR and am UNDER 36,000 miles. Yet I was told it may not be covered under the 3 year/36000 mile warranty. I left a review on their Facebook page to let customers know that the Ford warranty we put so much faith in does not cover all we think it does. This OWNER, as he chose to identify himself in all caps, decided to berate me on social media for hours telling me to call him if I didn’t like what I’d been told rather than reach out to me with a courtesy call. Seven hours after I’d stopped replying and had tried to let the matter drop Justin Heutel, again on social media, informed me that he had cancelled the service appointment on the car they sold me and told me to go somewhere else... When I bought my 2013 Escape from Sunset and took it home, my fiancée noticed hail damage on the vehicle and called immediately asking why it had not been disclosed. They denied that it had been in a hail storm. My fiancée, an insurance appraiser, made a mark with masking tape on each indentation caused by hail and also noted bubbling in the paint. They acted immediately. I foolishly failed to realize that the only reason I was treated so respectfully and it was addressed so quickly was because it was a 6’7” man in the automobile business bringing it to their attention. I thought, mistakenly, “wow, they really take care of their customers.” So even living an hour south of St Louis I decided to return and purchase a third Escape from Sunset Ford. I mistakenly believed they cared about their customers. Thank you Justin for showing me you do not have the care and concern for customers that the generations who built that business before you did. You are right there are many other Ford dealerships to choose from and we don’t have to come to Sunset Ford. Remember you said that to your customer. And I’ll share those words in as many forums as I can. Regardless of your attempts to block me. More

Incredible Experience December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after a December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after another dream vehicle by the time I left the dealerships I was deflated. The aggressive salesperson was always exhausting, length of time to go through the process, and every time getting to the point of signing and the numbers were not as quoted. It was nothing less than a very unhappy experience. I can honestly say that was not the experience I had at Sunset Ford. The first time I drove up I got out of my vehicle and was greeted with a big smile from Nicolas Everding. I felt like it was more of a friend helping a friend rather that an aggressive salesperson which is a total turnoff. I found another dream car but did my due diligence and went to other dealerships only to find myself back to the first paragraph of this letter. I called Nicolas to see if the car was still available and it was. I said how great he had been and that I had issues with spending 2-4 hours going back and forth with numbers and sitting waiting to sign paperwork. Nicolas and I got to the magic number over the phone and I stressed to him I wanted to be in and out with the car within 1 hour. I am sure he did some orchestrating to make this all happen because he scheduled a time with me to come in and stated everything would be as stated and happen quickly. I spoke to my building engineer that I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle at Sunset Hills and he said it was the BEST experience he has ever had in buying a truck. Fast, efficient and easy. I validate that statement. I walked in, again to be greeted by Nicolas. He introduced me to the finance manager (who by the way is INCREDIBLE). I was in and out of his office within 30 minutes, driving another dream car but this time leaving with a huge smile on my face. I cannot thank Nicolas enough for the happy experience. May he become the biggest salesperson at Sunset Ford. A true class act. Dustin Coleman More

Great Service Team I bought an Explorer earlier this year from Sunset Ford, and I brought it in for my first service. They were awesome, had my oil change completed in a timely manner. While they were rotating the tires they found a huge nail in the center of my tire, I was the last appointment of the day so the tech wasn't there to take care of it right then and they were booked the next day (Thursday). I was stressing a bit because I had a trip planned for Friday...I left my car with them and received a call by 10:30 the next morning and they had my car all taken care of (bonus the warranty I added on for my vehicle covered everything)! Mike and Lonnie were fantastic and I highly recommend this service team! I was able to make my long drive to Oklahoma to see my niece and nephew! More

Keith has consistently provided exceptional service that exceeds expectations and always provides a VIP experience. To illustrate, on my last purchase I called Keith and told him my wife was interested in a Ford Edge we saw on website. Keith responded, “Great, I’d love to help you. Come on up, the Edge will be parked in front ready for your test drive.” As we arrived minutes later, Ford Edge is there with keys and dealer plates as Keith greeted us. Off we went and returned shortly after to complete the purchase. Just like so many times before, Keith made it happen every step from purchase, finance to final delivery with a smile and hand shake.
