Solid car-buying (Leasing) experience...(!!!) Just leased a 2020 Honda HR-V from Brandon Honda... We are repeat customers at Brandon Honda, after an earlier leasing deal a few years ago on a 2015 Just leased a 2020 Honda HR-V from Brandon Honda... We are repeat customers at Brandon Honda, after an earlier leasing deal a few years ago on a 2015 Honda Accord. From the time I first called and spoke with Antonio Rueda, the process was welcoming, low-pressure, and informative, in the sense of steady ongoing communication, along with providing some quotes for monthly payments, etc., etc. The establishment is truly professional all-the-way, without being too "stuffy," in the way that some car dealership environments can be almost intimidating. Not here, though... Antonio Rueda is about as "laid-back" as a human can get... He gave plenty of "space" to allow a clear decision to move forward with the deal - or not. Sales Manager Justin Jarrell was helpful, straightforward, and a clear, gentle communicator the whole way through... After deciding to move forward with the lease on the HR-V, we were one of the last people to leave the dealership on a Saturday night... Probably stayed an hour past their closing time, but never felt rushed. Damien in Finance was quick-and-to-the-point in expediting the paperwork. We had an issue with getting insurance (ridiculously long time spent "on-hold" waiting for an insurance agent to add the new vehicle to policy, etc.), but everyone was patient. Antonio even paired both of our phones (set-up bluetooth, etc.) to the new vehicle before we left... Again, this is one hour past closing time on a Saturday night. The overall service at the dealership is excellent, and you get a vibe that everyone works together as a team to help each other out... That kind of environment just made for a better overall experience. Lastly, I'm a bit on the frugal side, so I did my research beforehand, having a solid reference of what would constitute a good deal - or not... Even in the area of pricing, we ended-up with a situation that was more than fair, and they even added a couple extra oil changes for goodwill in the deal. I obviously wasn't paid to offer this review - and I rarely submit reviews, in general... But in this case, I feel it was deserved. With all of that said, I strongly recommend giving Brandon Honda a try... Based on my many experiences (including my dealings with the Service Department, too), you definitely won't regret it!!! More

Well Folks, just had another excellent service appointment at Brandon Honda. Tyler took great care of us and treated us with great service. It was a 3 hour service and they supplied a loaner car w appointment at Brandon Honda. Tyler took great care of us and treated us with great service.
