I was at my bank to pick up a cashiers check for the $40,000 car I purchased and all I needed was the actual amount to provide to bank for the check to be cut. I called 12 times to PH Hyundai and could not reach one person to help me. The receptionist that you have answering your phones for your customers is extremely incompetent. I worked in the business sector for many years and if it were my business I would not have that person as the face or voice of my business. The Hyundai brand sold me but it definitely was not the service I received by calling in. More
