Klaben has been the only dealership that I have worked with for the last several years. They always give me the best deal possible and never let me down. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car at a dealership. Justin was the best. He made sure that I understood everything every step of the way. Three days after having my UConnect Screen replaced I received another error message stating I need to return to the dealership. I have already had the jeep serviced for the same issue 3 times (the jeep received another error message stating I need to return to the dealership. I have already had the jeep serviced for the same issue 3 times (the jeep is a 2022 and 1.5 months old). At this point I think I am going to just deal with the problem seeing how it hasn't been fixed even after replacing the entire unit. It is a 2 hour round trip for me not to mention the time I wait to have it serviced. No thank you! The staff is nice but nice didn't fix the problem. The least the could have done was give me a gas card, seeing how I am on a lease and putting several miles on my jeep every time I go there. More
