This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Halleen Kia North Olmsted. My family has purchased here as well on my recommendation ?. I came in to look at trading in my purchased Kia vehicle (with 2 years left to pay it off. I already knew I sitting at about "a wash" i.e. even equity if I traded in. The last two sales team members I had worked with were no longer there. (The last gentleman I worked with was Pat Halleen, who's now over at Sandusky, having been promoted. Go Pat!) I initially spoke with Justin, who promptly greeted me, I was assured that he would introduce me to someone equally knowledgeable and friendly. After just a moment, I was greeted by Arnaldo who immediately made me feel at ease. Through taking the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for, we narrowed my choices down to two makes of vehicles and shortly thereafter I had gotten approved and made my vehicle choice. Arnaldo explained everything thouroghly to me and I went home a very happy customer. Arnaldo went above and beyond to make me happy so THANK YOU Arnaldo!
