courteous, prompt, efficient I arrived at the dealership just before my scheduled time and was welcomed first by the greeter and then by Justin, who handled the paperwork efficien I arrived at the dealership just before my scheduled time and was welcomed first by the greeter and then by Justin, who handled the paperwork efficiently, knew exactly what I needed done, and asked if I would wait or needed a lift. He said the work would take about two hours, so I decided to wait. I enjoyed a complimentary tea and some reading in the waiting lounge. In an hour and twenty minutes Justin came to say the work was done. I also got a complimentary car wash. Very satisfactory experience altogether. More
