I had an issue with my new-to-me RAV. it was an electrical problem and it happened like 2 months after buying it with 20k miles. Justin brought it in, checked it out in 5 minutes and fixe it was an electrical problem and it happened like 2 months after buying it with 20k miles. Justin brought it in, checked it out in 5 minutes and fixed it up for free. I figured it would be $200+ so it absolutely made my day. Great customer service :) More

This car is has been serviced by Toyota of Des Moines since 2010 . Technian said car had a aftermarket oil filter housing, wanted $ 96 00 to replace it before going forward . Oil housing was fine . I feel I was played to be charged for something unnecessary. If the aftermarket oil filter housing is on the vehicle you installed it . More
