I find the online tool for scheduling service appointments somewhat deficient. Unless I am missing something, I could not find a way to add a new vehicle as a Returning Customer. I had to use a appointments somewhat deficient. Unless I am missing something, I could not find a way to add a new vehicle as a Returning Customer. I had to use an existing vehicle as a placeholder to schedule my appointment. It was annoying for me as a Returning Customer. I looked at using the Quick Appointment form for my “new vehicle,” and I found it to be worse. It would not even display the list of service options. I can imagine these issues might be particularly frustrating for a new customer. More

Service was fast and staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. Very happy with my 150,000 mile maintenance performed. I also was pleasantly surprised with the offer of a car for the day. A new Highlander has been a topic of discussion between my wife and I.
