Mabel and Justin were great but it sure took a long time to get the car ready. There were buyers who came into the dealership after me who were able to drive off well before me. Perhaps the dealership was to get the car ready. There were buyers who came into the dealership after me who were able to drive off well before me. Perhaps the dealership was short staffed. Also, I've purchased a lot of cars in my life. They were always delivered to me with a full tank of gas, that is until I took delivery of the xc90 from Silver Spring Volvo. And finally, there was no instruction. I was just handed the keys in a dark parking lot. And I've still got a lot of questions, particularly about the app. More

Everyone at the Volvo dealership in Silver Spring was helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us find purchase our new Volvo. Eddie Reyes was our exceptional manager, who made our experience of car shopping relaxed and enjoyable. Arnaldo, our Sales Consultant, helped us in every way possible. He showed us how the modern technology of the car worked. He also told us over and over again to contact him with any further questions or concerns. Justin, another Sales Manager was in the Volvo Store on the day our new Volvo was returned to the dealership to have the leather and exterior protected package installed on the leather and exterior. Although neither Eddy or Arnaldo were in the Volvo store that day, Justin, another Sales manager, was helpful and made sure all our needs were met. I cannot say enough wonderful compliments about your Volvo Dealership in Silver Spring. Every member of your staff went out of the their way to be kind and generous with their time.
