Iris Harley was my sales person and she as well as the rest of the staff where outstanding in every regard. They made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, my experience with Volvo Cars Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mention Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mentioned they would have one VERY soon and encouraged me to come in to test drive to ensure I actually liked the vehicle. I was able to test drive an Inscription trim with Kirk and I was blown away. The car was awesome and Kirk thoroughly explained all of the features included---without having to "over sell" nor be pushy. I felt extremely welcome in the showroom. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. After the test drive, Kirk/Justin ran the numbers to see what type of deal was best for me. The initial quote was higher than I expected, so I told them I would go home to think/sleep on it. Over the next couple of days, they worked with me to get to a payment that was comfortable---but for a color that I really didn't want (but I was content with). When I was en route back to the dealership a few days later, Justin called to tell me they just received the EXACT color/trim I wanted and within my budget. I drove home within a few hours and am very pleased with my decision to buy from Volvo Cars Silver Spring. Unpretentious. Welcoming. Personable. Dedicated. Professional. Exceptional. All the words that come to mind when I think about my experience. Thanks Kirk for the amazing attention to detail! My only complaint is that there's no complimentary water bottles in the showroom. I ended up buying a bottle of water from the vending machine. :( More
