From start to finish, my experience with Volvo Cars Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mention Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mentioned they would have one VERY soon and encouraged me to come in to test drive to ensure I actually liked the vehicle. I was able to test drive an Inscription trim with Kirk and I was blown away. The car was awesome and Kirk thoroughly explained all of the features included---without having to "over sell" nor be pushy. I felt extremely welcome in the showroom. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. After the test drive, Kirk/Justin ran the numbers to see what type of deal was best for me. The initial quote was higher than I expected, so I told them I would go home to think/sleep on it. Over the next couple of days, they worked with me to get to a payment that was comfortable---but for a color that I really didn't want (but I was content with). When I was en route back to the dealership a few days later, Justin called to tell me they just received the EXACT color/trim I wanted and within my budget. I drove home within a few hours and am very pleased with my decision to buy from Volvo Cars Silver Spring. Unpretentious. Welcoming. Personable. Dedicated. Professional. Exceptional. All the words that come to mind when I think about my experience. Thanks Kirk for the amazing attention to detail! My only complaint is that there's no complimentary water bottles in the showroom. I ended up buying a bottle of water from the vending machine. :( More
