Mr. Thorman was exceptional. I was very lucky to have him as a salesman. He is very professional and alway willing to go the extra mile. If ever buying a car at Toyota of Tampa Bay, I will look for him. I had two issues with the Dept. Of Finance. I had been approved for a 54,000 loan by my banking institution. I made it abundantly clear that I wanted to go with Chase Bank. Nevertheless, they went on and apply at three other financially institution. Obviously your FICO score now takes a hit with that type of inquiry. Second, I indicated that I will be providing a check for the amount of the deposit agreed upon. The finance officer without further explanation, asked to provide the account number from where the payment would be coming/deriving from. I provided my checking account and to my surprise, he made a wire transfer. Fortunately for me and in anticipation of a purchase of a new vehicle, I had transferred 20,000 dollars to my checking. These are the types of issues that damages relationships and trustworthiness. More
