BUYERS BEWARE. This is the epitome of a scummy dealership. They raised the sticker price of the vehicle with out me noticing, changed the bank and interest rate days later without explanation, sold me a car with 4 bad tires. Only agreed to cover cost of one tire, and then put two different types of tires on my car. Refuse to fix a light that was broken when I bought it, and wants $1600 to fix. If you take your car into service, expect to be there all day and upselled. Don’t try to call and talk to a manager you be transferred around in circles and forwarded to voicemails with no return calls. We just bought another car for my wife at courtesy Toyota in Brandon and will definitely stay away from Toyota of Tampa bay. Night and day difference More
