I purchased this truck on 9/27 and had a few things that needed to be fixed prior to me getting it. They had told me it would be a few days for it to be finished because they had told order parts, should be needed to be fixed prior to me getting it. They had told me it would be a few days for it to be finished because they had told order parts, should be done by tuesday. parts did not show up until thursday. They fixed this but they still haven't done the other issues that i requested. They have had this truck for the entire week, why would you wait until now to do them when you had originally given me an earlier promised time? Customer service is lacking. Give proper expectations to your customers. More

Working with this dealer was stressful and did not feel transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Aleja transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Alejandro the financing manager. They tried to give me an ultimatum to force me into financing so they could make money, and ended up taking a lower offer in cash anyways. Did not feel appreciated as a customer, despite the amount of money I was paying for a car off their lot. Walked away never wanting to do business there again because it was such an uncomfortable experience. Robyn was the only positive about working with them. More
