Had a very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle (something I can never recall saying) from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, From the onset, our sales consultant, Justin warmly greeted us and proceeded t (something I can never recall saying) from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, From the onset, our sales consultant, Justin warmly greeted us and proceeded to explain the process and nuances of the car and model we selected. Throughout the visit, Justin was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and patient answering the numerous questions regarding the vehicle. We were very pleased with the price paid for the car as we were escorted to the finance department to sign the required forms.. This too went quickly and efficiently. The next day we were notified that the detailing of the car had been completed and was ready for pick up.When we arrived, the car was brought up front and Justin the provided a tutorial on the function and operation of the dashboard features.The whole process, including the test drive took a little over an hour. We would highly recommend working with this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. More
