They sold me a car that was already sold. Then became rude and disrespectful to me. They put me in another car and wanted to raise my payments because of their mistake and offered free tints ( which i st rude and disrespectful to me. I had to return to the dealership 3 times before they made it right. The only reason I didn’t get my lawyer involved was because our main sales guy Justin was awesome. He was understanding and did what he could to make it right. The managers there are crooks and said they would call the cops if we left with the car they sold us. It was because the screwed up and tried to cover their selves. Im not dumb, if i left there is nothing they could have done because the car was already sold to me under contract and money was exchanged. At the end of the day, Justin made it right and got me in a newer model for the same promised payment. Way to go Justin for saving your dealership from a lawsuite they would have not wanted!! More
